Animal Reiki Training

The Animal Reiki Alliance offers professional training: Animal Reiki Levels, I, II and III, Animal Reiki for Reiki Practitioners, as well as internships and custom classes. Our classes offer hands on and experiential learning, and hands on practice with animals at all levels.

Students receive a training manual.
Hands on experience with animals in class.
Access to our trainers for continued learning.
Invitations to student events, where students can continue their practice in a variety of settings.

Our Classes are Hands On

Animal Reiki Level I

This class is intended for anyone who is interested in learning Reiki for animals. In this class you will learn about the history of Reiki, receive your first attunement and learn some basic principles for working with animals. If you have ever wondered if you can learn Reiki, this workshop is for you!

Animal Reiki Level II

This class is designed for individuals who have had any Reiki Level I. During this class participants will learn the second level Reiki practices for humans and animals, will be attuned to the second level, will learn to approach and work with animals in person and from a distance, and will leave with a deeper understanding of their journey as a Reiki Practitioner.

Animal Reiki Level III

This class is designed for those who have had any Reiki Level II. During this class participants will learn the third level Reiki practices for humans and animals, will be attuned to the third level, will learn to advanced techniques and practices in their work with animals. Individuals will also learn more about starting a Reiki practice and their journey as a Reiki Practitioner.

Animal Reiki for Reiki Practitioners

This class is designed for Reiki practitioners who have been attuned to level II or higher. During this class participants will learn Reiki techniques for working with animals, learn to approach and work with animals in person and from a distance, and will leave with a deeper understanding of their journey as a Reiki Practitioner. Participants will have hands on experience with animals, including horses. Join us for an afternoon to experience how animals can be your teachers and guides in growing your Reiki practice.

Animal Communication for Reiki Practitioners

Do you love animals and wish for a deeper experience and relationship? Reiki Practitioners can learn telepathic communication techniques for communicating with animals (prerequisite Reiki Level II). Expand your experience with animals with this wonderful tool, and boost your business. In this class you will gain an understanding of the techniques used to communicate with animals, as well as practice animal communication.

Community Outreach

Free Animal Reiki Level I & II training to local animal rescue organizations and animal shelters. To qualify, you must be an approved organization. To apply, please contact Kathleen at klester@animalreikialliance.com. There are two ways we offer training:

We hold four spots in every Animal Reiki Level I & II at no cost to ARA approved rescue organizations. You must register in advance as spots fill up quickly.
If your rescue organization has 10 or more staff that are available to attend training on the same day, we will work with you to host a training for all staff free of charge.

Veterinary Student Discounts for Veterinary Reiki Levels I & II

All veterinary students receive $50 off each class, contact us to receive your discount, proof of veterinary student status is required.
We teach at veterinary schools and holistic/integrative medicine clubs, contact us to setup your training at a discounted rate (discounts depend on costs of travel to your location).

Custom Classes

We create custom classes for your Reiki Practice, Veterinary Hospital, Veterinary School, business, or group (e.g. rescue group, groomer, etc.).
